

In order to formalize the ownership of the lands on which their residences are situated, the Chief (Mantse) of Nungua has asked residents of Trassaco Valley Estates to officially engage the Nungua Stool secretariat.
This must be done, according to Oboade Notse King Prof. Odaifio Welentsi III, in order to prevent losing their properties.
The Gborbu Wulomo, Wor Lumor Konor Numo Borketey Laweh Tsuru jointly signed a notification to the residents/homeowners dated September 1, 2022, which includes the request.
“The Nungua Stool hereby reminds the residents/homeowners of Trassaco Valley Estates, which consists of Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III, located and situated near Adjiriganor Motorway Extension, East Legon — Accra that the Supreme Court, the highest court in the land, per its judgment dated 16
In light of the foregoing, residents and homeowners were further notified that they “must immediately formally engage the Nungua Stool secretariat to atone tenancy or risk losing their individual homes to the Stool.”

The Nungua Mantse emphasized, “Please take notice also that there shall be no other kind of notice however given to you concerning the atonement of tenancy; rather, efforts shall be taken to recover the land should you fail to move as instructed.”
