Mohammed Ismail Sherif, often known as Black Sherif, is a Ghanaian musician and performer from Konongo, Ghana. He was born on January 9, 2002.
In Ghana’s Ashanti Region, in Konongo, Black Sherif was born and nurtured. He completed his second cycle of study at Kumasi Academy.
At age 10, Black Sherif resided with his aunt and other members of his extended family because both of his parents continued to be stationed abroad.
He was introduced to many diverse ideas and civilizations at a very young age thanks to his wandering lifestyle. After his pioneering single “First Sermon” was released in 2021, Black Sherif’s career started to soar. Every street in his native Ghana was represented in the record’s drill-sounding soul and bustle.
Stallion, a Ghanaian producer, helped an experimental freestyle become a viral hit with the use of a Highlife/Drill fusion-inspired track.
